Parish Directory Details
We're working on our 2025 parish directory and hope you'll join us!
If you have not yet had your photo taken and still wish to do so, please note that we've added a new summer date for photos! We have openings for photos on Monday June 23rd and Tuesday June 24th. Please note that all households photographed by Universal Church Directories will receive a complimentary 8x10 photo, parish directory and be entered for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card.

Parishioners do have the option of submitting their own photo; however, this will require a $15 fee* (includes a directory). Photos may be emailed to Megan Cox at: davsacredheartweb@diodav.org. Or, printed out photos can be dropped off at the church office to be scanned and returned in the fall. Photos taken horizontally and from the waist up are easier to fit in the directory. Please identify everyone in the photo by first and last name.
If you do not wish to include your photo in the directory, please note that your household name(s), address, email and phone number will still be listed in the back of the parish directory.
