Tithing
If you would like to make automatic contributions from your checking or savings account on a regular basis, i.e. weekly or monthly, simply print out this form.

Fill out the form and attach a voided check or savings deposit slip from the account from which you would like withdrawals made.

You may submit the form in one of three ways:

• Mail to Sacred Heart Cathedral, 422 E. 10th Street, Davenport IA  52803

• Drop it off at the Parish Office Monday-Friday, 9 am - 4 pm

• Put it in an envelope and drop in the collection basket at weekend Mass
