There are MANY ways you can make our upcoming Taste of Sacred Heart a success on Sunday, September 13th.  Please see below for ideas to share your time, talent, and treasure!

Raffle Baskets:  We will be collecting Raffle Baskets again this year.  Each raffle ticket costs $1.00 at the festival.  Popular basket themes from the past years:  Fall, Caitlin Clark, Vietnamese Foods, Squishmellows, Football, Etc.  Baskets can be dropped off to the Parish Office.  Please fill out an information basket sheet when dropping off your item.

Bottled Water & Pop and Suckers:  We will be collecting Bottled Water and 12 oz. cans of pop.  Please look for the HyVee Bottled Water Sales (they sometimes have $1.99 for 24 packs).  We will happily take Pepsi or Coke Products.  Keep an eye on our Facebook Page, we tend to post sales when we hear about them.  Please look for a donation basket in the Gathering Space.  We will also be looking for donations of suckers for our Famous Lollipop Tree!

Food Vendors:  We are looking for those who can share their talent of cooking!  We ask you to provide a dish that feeds at least 50 servings and find someone to serve the dish the day of the Taste.  Please contact Lillian Bradshaw for more information or to sign-up:  chezmoi216@yahoo.com 

We are looking to add to our committee to have the following coordinators:

***Children's Game Coordinator:  Organize games, gather volunteers to work games, and help collect prize donations (many prize donations have already been donated).  

***Decorations:  Organize a set-up and clean-up committee for decorating for the Taste of Sacred Heart.  This will include outside and inside in the Grand Hall.  We have many decorations saved from year's past.

***Ticket Sales:  Help organize help for selling presale tickets & wristbands (weekends of: September 5/6 & September 12/13).
